Thanks for registering to play Spring netball. You should now have received your invoice. This must be paid before the first game (14th October 2020). If you have not received an invoice please email treasurer@venetiansnetballclub.com.au.
Team allocations
The team allocations are attached below. Please note that winter teams have been kept together where possible. However, we did have less than 7 players from some teams register. If a team had less than 7 registered then teams have been merged or players have been separated into teams. I have tried to keep players with at least one teammate from their winter team.
Competition
The competition will be played on Wednesday evenings, commencing on the 14th October and finishing on the 2nd December. There will be 8 games in total.
Fixtures have not been released. You will be notified when they become available.
GAME TIMES
4.30pm – NSG Year 2 – 4)
6.00pm – NSG – Year 5, 11U, 12U and 13U
7.30pm – 15U, 18U and Open *Please note some teams may be required to play at different timeslots, TBA upon fixture release.
MATCH LENGTH: 4 x 10 minutes quarters centrally timed.
FINALS: There are NO finals. Top of the ladder wins, presentations are held after the last game.
Coaches, Managers and equipment
COACHES
Only junior teams have been allocated a coach. Open teams will have a team contact who will be responsible for the team.
MANAGERS
No official manager has been allocated to each team. If you were the manager of the team and would like to continue being the manager please let the coach know. The coach will be responsible for organising a manager. New managers are welcome.
EQUIPMENT
Teams can reuse their team bag from the winter season. If you have returned your bag, please contact Shane Duncan equipment@venetiansnetballclub.com.au and he will have a bag ready for collection at the first game. All teams will be provided with equipment, and is the teams responsibility to look after the equipment and return the bag at the end of the season.
SPECTATORS
There are currently only five spectators per sideline allowed (including coach and manager and scorer). The coach or manager will be responsible for organising a team roster.
