Training for all teams takes place at Wanneroo Districts Netball Association (WDNA) in the Kingsway Sporting Complex. Players are expected to attend all training sessions throughout the season. If you are unable to attend one or more of your training sessions, you must contact your coach with as much advance notice as possible. All sessions are designed to challenge individuals to learn new skills in an interesting and fun way.

Training is on Wednesday evenings for 1.5 hours commencing at 5pm, 6pm or 7.30pm depending on the coach and age group. 


Entering and exiting the complex

It is a requirement during Phase 4 restrictions that all players, parents, coaches and officials follow the directions outlined below.

1. Entering the complex must be done via gate 2

2. Exiting the complex must be done via gate 4

3. All parents and non-playing officials must sign in using the Safe WA App


Training attire

Players should be dressed appropriately for training. This includes wearing the Venetians training singlet (or NetSetGO T-shirt), sports shoes and removing jewellery. Please bring a drink bottle, towel and a jumper for cooler weather. 



All Winter games are played at Wanneroo Districts Netball Association on Friday nights (for NetSetGO) and Saturdays (for 11 & under through to open).

Spring games are played on Wednesday nights.

The proposed time slots for Winter 2020 are below. These are subject to number of registrations at WDNA.


NSG SET (Years 2 and 3) – 5.15pm
NSG GO (Years 4 and 5)  – 6.30pm

11s & 12s  – 8.30am
13s             – 10:00am
15s             – 11.30am
18s             – 1.00pm
Open          – 2.30 & 4.00pm
