Venetians Netball Club has created some custom printable dots for members to print off and use at home. Simply click on the link below, download the dots, print and then stick on an outside wall (with permission!) and start practising your passes!

Programs

Our coaches have put together some at home programs for members to use to keep themselves fit and active while practicing different netball specific skills.

Shooting programs

These programs are catered specifically for our shooters. There is some information that shooters can read to gain an understanding of how to develop and improve consistency in their shooting as well as some shooting cards that can be filled out every shooting session.
